Our venue from the start for the Rubber Chicken Poetry Slam & Open MIc has changed it's name. It's now called STORM THE TOWER, the coffeehouse formerly known as Morgan's Coffee & Teas. We've been having fun with it on our Wednesday nights, but it's kind of got me thinking about a name change myself. Not for me, of course, but for the show.
It's been nearly 5 years since we began there, and have seen the event go thru a number of permutations. The show is currently going thru another one, and so the idea of a name change has come to the table. Now, there are a couple of ideas being floated, but we would like to hear yours. So drop me a line, and let me know what you think. Send any ideas to gtpoet@westcoastslam.com, and be as creative as you like. Should we actually do this change maybe your idea will the one we go with! Thanx!
